These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 111vd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). To register and use the 111vd platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. False or misleading information will result in immediate account closure.

Each individual may register only one 111vd account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account management:

• Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, which will serve as your unique account identifier and primary contact for OTP verification.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your password. You must notify 111vd immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Opening multiple accounts (including via different mobile numbers or device identifiers) is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited without notice.
• Account sharing — permitting another individual to access or use your 111vd account — is strictly prohibited. You accept full liability for any activity that occurs under your credentials.

111vd reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks (including KYC document requests) on any account at any time, particularly where unusual transaction patterns or account activity are detected. Accounts under review may have withdrawals temporarily placed on hold pending completion of the review process.

111vd supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may trigger a review and suspension of the recipient account.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 111vd may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above certain thresholds.
• 111vd does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Individual payment providers may apply their own charges, which are outside 111vd's control.

Funds deposited into your 111vd account may only be used for placing bets and playing games on the platform. 111vd reserves the right to cancel a withdrawal request if it reasonably suspects that the funds involved are the proceeds of fraudulent or unlawful activity. All decisions regarding withdrawal approvals or rejections are final and binding.

All games and sports betting markets available on the 111vd platform are governed by the following general gameplay rules, in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules that apply:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after they have been accepted by the system, except where 111vd exercises its right to void a bet in accordance with these Terms.
• 111vd reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a system or technical malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• The use of any automated software, artificial intelligence tools, bots, scripts, or any other non-human betting assistance tool is strictly prohibited. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Slot games and RNG-based table games use certified random number generators to determine outcomes. These systems are designed to ensure fair and unpredictable results on every round. Past results have no influence on future outcomes.

• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe requested by 111vd.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, 111vd reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where termination is at the player's request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

All content on the 111vd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the platform — is the property of 111vd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh. Nothing in this clause limits 111vd's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
